Whitby Town will be able to re-call on the creative services of captain, Dale Hopson, who returns to to the match day squad for tomorrow afternoon’s clash with Hyde United.
The midfielder has missed the last few games with an injury picked up in a recent match, however Chris Hardy is happy that the player is fit to feature tomorrow.
In the matches where Hopson hasn’t featured, Hardy has changed the formation of his team, opting for a wing-back system, a method used to great success in the successful 2016/17 campaign, so it will be interesting to see whether this shape is used again tomorrow.
Also returning will be right-back Josh Nearney who was unavailable for the midweek Integro League Cup victory over Pickering Town at the Recreation Ground.
Striker, Matty Tymon will also come back into the squad after recovering from injury during midweek. Tymon’s physical presence is known to have been missed when he has been out of the side.
Fellow strikers, Ash Coffey and Greg Rutherford remain sidelined whilst goalkeeper, Jack Norton continues to be a concern for the Whitby staff.
Adam McHugh is likely to keep his place as a result of Norton’s injury and Daniel Dixon being unavailable due to other commitments.
Kick off at the Turnbull Ground is at 3pm, with admission prices being Adults £10, Concessions £6, U18s £3 and U16s FREE with a responsible paying adult.
