Whitby Town Football Club is looking to build its media portfolio by adding a camera operator to its off-field team.
With the expansion of club media outlets, the club is looking to expand into video to benefit both its supporters and the club’s management team.
Duties include filming all Whitby Town matches, editing footage down to a highlight reel and posting to the Whitby Town YouTube channel, whilst also providing full match replays to manager Chris Hardy for analysis purposes.
The role will also involve working with Press Officer Paul Connolly to ensure all footage is consistent with the rest of the club’s media output, as well as to develop new and fresh multimedia ideas for the club’s YouTube channel, website and social media accounts.
Necessary expenses will be paid by the football club to cover travel to and from games.
Ideally the candidate will have access to editing software, though the club can provide a camera and tripod for filming on match days if necessary.
This opportunity provides a chance to expand your media portfolio and will give your work a platform to be viewed by Whitby Town supporters everywhere.
This is the perfect opportunity for work experience within a football club environment.
