Connor Dunlavey in set to make his first Whitby Town appearance on Saturday afternoon when Nantwich Town visit the Turnbull Ground.
Since joining from Billingham Town in the summer, Dunlavey has been hit by injury, however he feels that he is now ready to return to action as revealed in a recent unterview with Liam Ryder.
James Fairley is also expected to play a part tomorrow after missing out on last weeks’ 2-2 draw against Stafford Rangers with a minor knock.
Chris Hardy will have to make the most of his resources after the double-suspension of captain, Steven Snaith and Andy Monkhouse who was controversially sent off last time out.
Luke Bythway is also unavailable for this one due to injury which could lead to a surprising team selection at the Turnbull Ground tomorrow.
The Seasiders will be looking to avenge their 1-0 defeat in Cheshire earlier in the season and should have reason to be confident given their last home performance, thumping Halesowen Town 5-0.
The Blues have also gone five unbeaten, however four of those games, all on the road, have ended in draws.
Chris Hardy has strong reason to feel confident going into this one. “Given the performances over recent weeks, we are in good stead going into this one.
We’re making building blocks in terms of confidence. It is a confident changing room at the moment”
For supporters who are unable to make it to the Turnbull Ground tomorrow, there is live coverage on Whitby Town Radio with Liam Ryder and Andrew Snaith.
There will aid be live updates on Twitter and the Whitby Town Facebook page.
