Attendance -

Team -Jack Norton(Ben Escritt 45), Tom Reid(Paul Atkinson 45), Phil Brumwell, Aron Wilford, Matty Appleby(Graham Robinson 45), Tom Claisse, Nick Scaife(Lee Nogan 60), Simon Hughes(Dave McTiernan 50), Ant Ormerod(Tom Raw 45), Danny Brunskill(Gavin Parkin 45), Karl Richards.

Report - by Andrew Snaith - Danny Brunskill put the Blues ahead against his old club on the half hour with a turn and shot from the edge of the area that keeper Clements should've really done better with- the ball nestling neatly in the bottom right corner of the net.

Bruno then doubled Whitby's lead three minutes before the break, racing onto a loose ball and bravely slotting home from the edge of the box after colliding with the on-rushing Clements.

The Seasiders made a raft of changes at the break including a first run out for the manager himself. Karl Richards had two good chances but kept picking out the keeper's legs.

Then with 11 minutes remaining, Tom Raw bravely played the killer ball through despite being poleaxed to the ground at the same time, for fellow sub Gavin Parkin to slot home calmly from just inside the area.

Finally, in the final minute, Parkin's persistence took him round Metcalf and set up Tom Claisse, who drilled into the roof of an unguarded net.

A decent run out for Town against a poorly-organised Marske backline which also lacked pace. 4-0 certainly didn't flatter us, but it's hard to gauge the performance after such a poor showing from the opposition.
